New Apple Terms of Service and App Store Error

I was just prompted to read and accept Apple's new Terms of Service when attempting to update my Facebook app on my iPod.

I read and accepted the information and now when trying to download the update I get "An Unknown Error Has Occurred". I tried to download several other random free apps and still get the same error.

This only started occurring AFTER I was prompted to accept this new TOS. I had downloaded another update to Facebook and an App about 10am this morning with no issues.

I have tried resetting all my Settings but this was not effective. I have tried rebooting the iPod, but again did not work. Any other suggestions on what to try?

i think something is up with the server, give it a bit

edit: try logging out then logging back in. worked for me on the Desktop app

It's probably just some server side issues, due to the impending release of iTunes 10.5 and iOS 5.
