Did Michael Jackson fake his own death?
Though I have my doubts there is quite a bit of holes in the circumstances sorrounding his death. I am usually not one for these kind of things but this one is very intriguing given all the past events in his life and the fact that if anybody would pull something strange like this it would be Michael Jackson.
Also interesting is the fact that he was $400 million in debt and since his death his estate is worth more than when he was alive. Could it be done? Is it all a bunch of typical speculation that a dead famous person is still alive or is this something MJ came up with to make a crapload of money. It makes for an interesting debate anyhow. The following link is a very good read to see why some believe that his death is all a big hoax.

Yeah, that's why he married Lisa Marie: to find out how her father did it.

Come on, unless the guy hides in a cave his entire life there's no way he could get away with faking his own death. Pretty hard not to recognize a guy like Jacko.

He's dead, and he wasn't invited to form Jim Morrison, John Bonham's and Elvis' band.

I can see the first two posters never even looked at the evidence to debate it, just shoot it down without even reading. I don't believe he did but why trash something without reading what others think?

I don't know 3 or 4 million will buy you the top floor of a under age brothel in Thailand, provided he can live on Pad Thai for the rest of his life Wacko wouldn't ever need to leave.

I read the link and think it's crazy. There was nothing in that link that even resembled evidence.

Larf. Fake his own death for financial gain? How would a guy who is supposedly dead be able to cash in his estate and hold accounts?

Didn't Michael Jackson own the rights to the Beatles Catalogue, as well as his own music? His world tour would have generated a ton of money as well. Ultimately, I don't think his debt situation was as bad as advertised.
I think he is dead though.....and I think he was murdered.

Fair enough and I agree, at least you looked at why some think that way. Thought it could be an interesting conversation.

I doubt it, he would have to get so much plastic surgery to change his appearance if he faked his death. I just don't think he's the kind of guy to go through that many procedures.

No one has ever successfully created an alternate identity in the the history of the world. Wait, that's it. MJ is under witness protection.

Because its not evidence at all. Its a bunch of subjective crap, and fuzzy photo's, and even better someone says uhhh during an interview.
show me some real evidence.
MJ is dead
Jim Morrison is dead
Hitler is long dead
Jim Belushi you guessed it dead.

I panicked, I stole the idea from one of Stephen King's best short stories called Rock and Roll Heaven, about a couple that stumbles into a town populated by long dead rock stars.
