Online Shopping Question

I got this Facebook ad for an online clothing store called Rose Wholesale. I would like to order something, but I've never heard of them and want to be sure it's safe. The website says you can pay with a credit card through paypal. The item I'm looking at is pretty cheap, so if it never showed up or was poor quality, it wouldn't be a big deal. I'm more concerned that I would do something to compromise my credit card.

I do shop online, but only from places I've heard of.

The website looks pretty legit. The merchandise looks low quality. If you don’t care about the quality, i’d go for it. I’d be surprised if something happened to your credit card. But even if something did happen to your credit card... doesn’t the bank just reverse the fraudulent charges, cancel the card, and send you a new one right away?

The item I'm looking at is less than $20 so if it turns out to be junk and I wear it once or it becomes a kids' dress up item, no big deal. Yes, the bank SHOULD help out with credit card fraud, but I'd rather not deal with that if possible.

Terrible reviews about the company online. Even though Paypal offers buyer protection, it doesn't seem worth the hassle to me.
