Receipt scanner / software?

I am sick of filing my receipts away in my filing cabinets in the basement - there has to be a digital answer to this.

I see the "Neat Receipts" products out there, but they have mediocre reviews on amazon et al.

What are people here using for scanning / electronic organization of reciepts?

I think want a small document feeder-type scanner (no flatbed thank you), but am curious what people use and what software they use as well...
