I got a pair of tickets as a secret santa gift, and I have never been before.
My question is, is it hard to get lower level seats? Would I have to be at the Dome way before 10am (doors open)?

its usually full to about the lower part of the second bowl. Its a pretty fun time.

I would say go for the 2nd level. Everyone goes for the lower bowl and it fills up fast but if you go for the 2nd level you can get the first few rows pretty easily and the seats are just as good.
