Default Help Finding an IR dimmerswitch

Hey guys i need some help tracking down an IR dimmer switch. Here is my dilema.

I have 1 lutron maestro dimmer switch controlling 6 pot lights in my home theater and I want to use another dimmer switch to control my 3 wall lights as well. If I get another maestro they cannot be controlled independently since my harmony remote only sends 1 signal out.

So I am looking for another brand of dimmer so that I can add it to my remote and it will send a different code so I can control both dimmers. I have tried googling and can't seem to find anything

I will call ecol. My remote is IR not RF and I don't feel like buying a new one yet so those levitons don't work. I would like to go away from leviton if possible to make sure no interference with my current dimmer

Best Buy sells the Monster Cable version. They aren't easy to find in the store and the staff doesn't know much about them. Can't remember what model it is and couldn't find it on their webpage but they do carry them.

Monster cable sounds like it is going to cost me 700 dollars for a dimmer switch that is supposed to be 30

brand may not be the only factor. You need to be sure it simply uses a different IR code.

discounting Lutron because of brand probably won't work. They could have different dimmers with different IR codes, and Ecol could use the same IR code as the Lutron you have.

I'd call Lutron - your problem is not a totally uncommon one.
