This is a devastating story. Life isn't fair.

I did not know cells could reproduce or move that fast in a 1 month old baby.

ALL has a relatively high cure rate. Sad that she is so young; if she was a bit older her prognosis would be a lot better. All the best to her and her family.

Entered this thread to say exactly that. If anyone needs more proof than this that there is no such thing as the traditionally accepted version of God, they are...I don't even know what to say.

Awful story. As a father of two (fortunately healthy) girls myself, I can't even imagine the pain.

I think as a parent or an expecting parent, this is your worst nightmare. I couldnt imagine having a child and finding out there is something wrong with them that you cannot fix... Horribly sad.

I work in Victoria at a tv station...tough day for many people there Wednesday when we spoke to the family. Really glad to see this topic on here, and obviously this has been picked up by media across the country which is so great for the family.

Can't stop thinking about these people as a dad of a youngster myself.

That is my belief. People can tell me what they want, but hearing these kind of stories just tears me up inside.

Stories like these break my heart. Best of luck to baby Molly and here's hoping for a full recovery. I have a friend who suffered from ALL when he was 13 or 14, and he is now cancer free and as healthy as can be.
