You have GOT to be kidding me. Oh Roman, Roman...where art thou Roman? . At least we kept it close enough that all those jerks who bet against us on proline still lose.

Caps/Thrashers almost went to a third OT.

Jose Theodore injured

Mike Comrie injured

Leafs down 3-0....sweep?

ok to be fair, this wasn't all Roman's fault. We were outshot 38-25.

Positives: Third line chipped in for a pair by Gionta. Shanny played well. Jovanovski, Sakic, Smyth combined for 0 points and -11. Allowed no last minute goals against.

Negatives: We bloody lost...isn't that enough?!! Plus Hoglund got hurt.

Yep, some interesting games again. Next day will be the one to watch though, thats where series become 3-1 or 2-2, and we see if two teams are on the links.

Glen Murray sure picked a good spot to score his 1st of the playoffs... late in double OT.

Another great job holding Guerin/Forsberg combo off the scoresheet. Between the two, just 1 assist in 3 games.

Habs 7 - Rangers 5

A total brutual game. Ref's totally sucked today. As Rangers had 1 powerplay while the Habs had 5. Rangers best dman is kicked out of the game early in the first. Rangers have another major injury losing Comrie. Byran McCabe sat out the game due to poor condition from an injury.

Rangers goaltending is totally crappy.......

Looks like the boys in blue are going golfing.

The Bruins managed to out gun the Canes again. Demitra was on fire with 2 goals and an assist. The Bs also managed to out shoot the Canes. Since the terrible first game the Bruins PK has been 100%; tonight we only took 2 penalties.

LeClair had a great game with 2 goals. His league leading total is now 4 goals in 3 games.

Another Game, Another Disappointing Loss

Hurricanes keep getting close and only coming away with a another loss. “it’s frustrating because we know we’re playing good” commented Marion Gaborik “how many lucky breaks can one team get in a series” A comment made about John LeClair’s game winning goal in the third period which appeared to most eye’s in the stadium was clearly offside. “I thought the play was called, I heard a whistle and everything” said ‘Canes netminder David Aebischer “I pulled out of my stance and was reaching for my bottle when I seen LeClair taking a late shot at me. I really didn’t make a move on the puck, it’s a long series and I wasn’t looking to get things started with after whistle garbage, a costly mistake now”

Hurricanes outside of being down 2-1 to the Bruins are playing some very solid hockey. “It’s like two heavyweights trading blow for blow, last one standing gets the belt, believe me, we still have a couple round left in out tanks” Hurricanes captain assured fans as he left the building.

Hurricane Notes: GM Hanna denies rumours that “Canes All-Star defencman will be heading to Europe after the conclusion of the season….

Senators take a Strangle hold in the Battle of Ontario.

What an entertaining game this was. Both teams went back and forth all night.

Both teams trade goals in the First period. Daniel Alfredsson started it off taking an errent pass from the Leafs D and going in alone on poor Roman. A great deke and the Senators had the Games first goal. The Leafs resonded when Gionta got his first of the playoffs to Tie it up.

The 2nd period was a wild one

Each Team 3 times and basically traded goals all period long. in the end we came out tied at 4.

The 3rd saw the 2 teams settle down and the Game went into OT for the 2nd time in 3 games.

This time Vaclav Varada was the Hero. He scored at the 12.30 Mark to give the Senators the 3 -0 Lead in the series.

The Senators fired 38 shots on Roman this evening. Roman Played very well we thought. Although we are scoring goals in Bunches we would like to see the D tighten up a bit.

In a suprising turn the Senators only took 3 Penalties this game and it was the Leafs that took most of the Penalties.. Its about time the ref Started to make calls vs our opponent. Most of the year we have been picked on by the Refs. it was nice to see them call a Fair game..
