All the usual suspects have it (Home Depot, Rona, etc).
I've been looking into it to but it's pretty expensive, and it's not watertight like the vinyl decking surface is (which if it's a high deck and you want to use the space under it in the rain is important).
There's some aluminum stuff that I've been looking into which seems pretty cool, it doesn't allow water through:

I built with Trex and it's one of the best investment I've made.
Zero maintenance and tough as nails.
Edit: Bought from Totem (Triple Air Miles!).

We built our deck with Trex Decking and have really enjoyed it. It's been through 3 winters, and asides from a little fading from the sun, it has been great. Still looks great, and require very little maintanence.
I also installed the Trex Railing that came with it. It looks nice, but be prepared as it was very expensive. I could have gone with a different product and gotten the same results at a much lower price.
I installed it with a hidden fastener system called Shadoe Track, that you screw in from underneath the deck, so you don't have any nail/screw holes on the surface. The end result looks very nice, and I would recommend it.
There is another product out there that has clips that hold the planks in place that you screw in from the side. (Tiger Claw, expensive though) Both will work nice.
I would also recommend TimberTech (They have some really nice colours, just be prepared as the darker colours will fade) as well as Trex. Both are easy to use.
The place where I purchased all these items from was the Lumber King, in the Greenview Industrial Park. Great prices. (Beat Home Depot, & Rona by about 10%)
Good luck with your project.

This stuff can actually be used underwater (a dock, for example) and holds colour very well. Similar to Trex is most other ways, including price.
I sell this stuff in Calgary, PM me if you have questions or if you would like a quote/comparison.
edit: this stuff = all/any composite decking.

Actually I meant waterproof as in the water doesn't get through the deck, it runs off of it.. so for a walkout basement you can be underneath the deck in the rain and not get wet.
Do you carry anything like what I posted? Or any other products like that?

I'm looking into this particular product, I'm not familiar with it.

I figure something like that would be very popular. It seems that if you are building a house with a walkout basement your only choices are ugly vinyl decking, or some kind of wood or composite that lets the rain and snow through, reducing the usefulness of the deck underneath.

PM sent.
If/When I get some solid info about this product I will share it in the thread.

Make sure you get some extra pieces then just in case they go under.

Got the deck redone with composite at the house before it got sold. We also used something like Shadoe Track for installation, it made for a really clean look. We used Rhino instead of Trex based on my contractor's recommendation, it supposedly fades similarly but is more resistant to scratches and scuffing.
Research the products, decide if you're prepared to invest more up front, pick the product you find best, and then go for it. Great products IMO. Every deck should use composite, unless its prohibitively expensive in the circumstances.

composite decking? aren't you concerned every time you try and take a slapshot with your deck the whole thing will explode?
