Basically, the guy didn't like the way he was depicted in his official portait.
So it took 5 year of changes to what he thought made him look "feminine"and "stiff" among other things.
Not that newsworthy....but then, take a look at who else comments in the article..Sask's Chief of Protocol (whatever that means)..and the feminine and stiff comments start to fit in.....
