The word "build" is a bit misleading...

pretty sure sait did something similar with a house in mackenzie town, but apparently overnight,
that'd be wild to be the neighbour, go to bed with empty lot, wake up with a house next door.

The process I see all the time over here for building the train lines is about erecting the pre-made columns they're elevated on and then having a machine that drops pre-made sections into place from column to column. I always think it's a pretty clever and quick way of doing things.

Because of prefab we can build a condo development in a day. All the plumbing, electricity and paint is already done. Essentially it is lego. But who would buy it?
A hotel makes more sense with this tech. Cheap to build (man power, materials), you don't have to live in it and it will pay for itself in a year.

What would be the big differences between finished products in this kind of construction and traditional construction methods?

I think it would take our city construction workers 6 months to do something like that.

6 days seems a little extreme on a low end... That hotel would not be operational for quite a while until safety inspections were passed.

My thought exactly. Remember the name of this building, because we will hear about 30-40 people dying when it comes down.
