Planning trip for spring break to Mexico

I know there used to be a CP Travel Agent, you knew all the good deals. Does he still use these forums? If not, a buddy and I are looking to go to Mexico for either American Spring Break or the Canadian one. Trying to find a resort that's going to be busy yet affordable!
