Norm!
I like all seafood, but I really like to BBQ trout with white onions and hot peppers.
Salmon steaks are amazing as well.
I also like nothing better then pan fried shrimp in garlic butter.

Black cod/ sea bass. it's so fatty and non fish tasting. it's like eating a steak. Too bad black cod is becoming extinct.
My favorite type of food is salmon sashimi though.
