Swiss is amazing on sandwiches, but you really can't go wrong with some old cheddar.

I love the really stinky cheeses used for a Swiss cheese fondue, Emmental and Gruyere.
For everday cheese, old cheddar.
Swiss is awesome in sammiches and burgers.
