I have a 2 bedroom suite at the Towers by Planet Hollywood for 3 nights available. Dates are flexible pending availability up to July 2011. I have recently checked dates for November, December and January and they had availability. The 3 nights can be any 3 nights, weekend, weekday or part of each. This is a time share that I will not be able to use this year.
The suite holds 8 people. Links provided below. The hotel is right behind Planet Hollywood which is on the strip. The building is brand new and was finished last year. The front room window turns into a full size projection screen TV floor to ceiling.

If booked on the PH website the 2 bedroom costs $350.00 US per night. If booked on Travelocity it looks like the average price is $350.00 CAD per night.
I am looking to sell this for $700 CAD for all 3 nights. That is a savings of $350.
4 couples can fit in this suite (limited privacy with 4 couples). That would only cost each couple $175 for 3 nights.
Or 2 couple with LOTS of room would only be $350 per couple for 3 nights.
