- Nice early 1900's style character wood burning fireplace
- Good sized stylish kitchen
- On the second floor of a 4 story loft style condo building in Bankview.
- Outside parking stall with plug-in, viewable from outside balcony.
- Great view of downtown from rooftop patio open to all tenants in the building.
- Quiet pets allowed.
- Available for move in November 1 or possibly earlier.
- Possible real estate investment (rent to buy), not a necessity but if interested please let me know and I will provide more details.
- FREE months rent... I will provide details to anyone that expresses an interest.

Won't be in the market for about 6 months myself, but that is a nice building and neighborhood. My brother used to live in the building. From the looks of it, he would have been your neighbor.

Hey T_U, thanks I definitely agree it is a great hood. Would definitely be living there if I was still in Calgary. The fact your bro was my neighbor sure shows how small a World we live in (six degrees of separation, etc). When you say 'in the market' in 6 months do you mean finding a place to rent or trying the real estate market? It's definitely a soft, buyers market now and will likely continue like that deep into 2011.
