Awesome. What a feeling it must have been for those involved when they realized what they had. It's probably something they didn't even think about ever finding. We live in amazing times.

I'd like to eat it with some fava beans and a nice Chianti. Just think about how cool it would be to eat a T-REX.

Paleontologists forced to break the creature's massive thighbone to get it on a helicopter found not a solid piece of fossilized bone, but instead something looking a bit less like a rock.

I dont want to sound too nerdy here but I couldnt imagine sitting at the foot of that helicopter when they broke that bone open.

It will be very interesting to see how many more similar bones they find. I can almost hear the cracking in Drumheller from here.
