Just wondering if anyone else in Calgary experience the same thing? It is 10:30 now and my Telus cell has no service signal for at least a couple of hours now. Can anyone confirm?
I'm in BC and Telus has been having problems with the text messaging network for the last couple weeks. I have an iPhone, but I have friends with blackberries that are having issues too.
Apparently part of Calgary and other areas are hit on 3G service as of now. Only CDMA phones in those areas will get service ^_^ Gotta love technology!
Same here with the iPhone downtown...CDMA network seems to be working fine...also had problems after the Labour Day game @ McMahon...they better be doing some crediting for this!
My phone is still down, but I signed up for E-Bills and when I try and log into my account it keeps telling me my account is pending. I just got my plan last week so I would think it should have been approved by now.
Should I call Client Care or would this fall into the tech support?
I have a Blackberry and have no problems, yet two of my friends (both with iPhones) are having issues.
Because your Blackberry is CDMA (old), their iPhones are HSPA (new) and Telus' HSPA network is still in its infant stages. My buddy's Android phone has been having the same problems all weekend too. So are people with HSPA Blackberries and any other HSPA phones on Telus' network.
