About the event:
Walk A Mile In Her Shoes is a fundraiser sponsored by the YWCA aimed to support women walk away from domestic abuse. For those who do not know about the event, local celebrities and concerned male Calgarians participate in a mile-long walk in high heels to "Walk a mile in her shoes," while raising funds for this worthwhile cause.

Basic Details:
When: Monday, September 20, 2010
Where: Olympic Plaza, Calgary
Check-in begins: 11:30 a.m.
Donations: Accepted on event day
Walk begins: 12 p.m.
Time: 11:30 - 2 p.m.
Shoes Provided: select a pair of stunning shoes to match your personality
Lunch: is provided for all participants
