I still find it an interesting half hour, I may not laugh but I am entertained 90% of the time
Agreed completely. I'm a huge fan of the show but the quality has definitely gone downhill. Hopefully they wrap it up nicely and don't drag this on too much longer.

Am I the only one wishing they would just do a spin off and focus on Ari's agency? You could have Vinnie and the crew pop by for some cameos and such but Ari is really the only reason to watch the show in it's current form.

Probably, I like Ari but watching a whole show on him would get tiring imo. His out of nowhere rants are good but to hear em all the time? meh.
The trailer looks interesting and it seems to be one that everyone involved is proud of. I'm against an Entourage movie, the show was meant for the half hour block. So last year was pretty laid back but this looks ultra serious? I think when I re-watch Entourage when it's done it will be Season 1-3 then the 6th season.
Also by the trailer...Vince does his own stunt, everyone freaks out.......he pulls it off.
I'm siked for Drama this season. He's been my favourite charachter and it looks like we're really going to see some development here. Turtle's looks as boring as ever
I'm getting the Entourage screeners in a couple days. Pretty pumped.
I still love the show and block off that half hour every sunday for it. It's still funny, the guys have just grown up a little bit and so has the show.

That's a really good idea. Have more agents become the main characters and various guest celebrities on the show who are their clients.
It would be like The Office meets Entourage

I just think the potential is there. Piven alone wouldn't be interesting but with him as the main character and a few other agents it could make for some new story lines, provide good cameo shots and prolong the success of the show.
To be honest it's the agent stuff that is starting to bore me. Ya Piven is great on the show and so are his rants but I watch the show for the life style that it portrays.
Movie stars banging broads, going to parties, making movies, buying stuff....yada yada yada.
I think it's a great show, but a show just about agents would bore me, just my opinion.

Exactly my feelings on it(and the post you quoted). Love the show but its time to put er to bed, I'm happy to hear this is the last season. There's just nowhere else to go with the character arc for most of em I think: Vince is back to being a movie star, Eric's on the fast track to being a big agent and is engaged.. Just be nice to see how they wrap all this up, and I like the idea of it ending with a movie too.
I'm also pumped to hear IMO the best character on the show, Drama, is FINALLY getting a real angle. It's way, way overdue(can't believe Turtle even got one first). He is the f***** game, pal!
