That price seems ridiculously low for that neighbourhood too, doesn't it?
I would bet that someone did it to get people riled up, although it looks like it costs $150 to place a listing on that site, which seems steep for a joke.

there's a much more subtle way to do this. just hang confederate flags all over the house and pictures of prominent white people such as Bill Nye and Darrel Janz and coloured people will get the idea and move on to another neighbourhood.

I prefer to put a lower case t on their lawn so they know it's "time to leave". Sometimes I start them on fire to make sure they get the message.
