This just pisses me off
So this guy arrives near noon (as of now 8 hours ago) with 4 dogs in the back of his truck.
Since he has left, it doesn't appear he has checked on his dogs. Passerby's have been giving them water now and then, but they have remained tied to their restraints the entire time.
Someone has already left a note, but as time goes past 8 hours this is just pissing me off more and more where I feel something should be done?
Am I totally off the wall here or is this absurd? Not to mention these dogs bark at pretty much everything and is annoying quite a few people in the condo building.
So CP, what would you do?

You know where he is? You could confront him about it.
Or just call Animal Control, or whoever deals with animal abuse. Let them know the situation and I'm sure they'd send someone by.

If the dogs are constantly barking at someone I would alert security or something.

Wouldn't you believe it, Bylaw showed up finally just after I posted this!
No one know where the guy is and no security on site. I guess bylaw finally got the hint after the numerous calls.
Waiting for a cop to show up I believe. Hopefully this d-nozzle ends up getting a ticket for this and also towed off the lot, with huge towing fees.

That just pisses me off. The ideal ending to this story would be bylaw scooping them and the dogs being adopted by non-fukkheads, and engraving A-HOLE in the side of his truck for good measure.
It's not a house. Dogs are not comfortable being in the back of a pickup for hours on end. Too many stimuli, not enough cover. Some people should not be allowed to have dogs. Of course, we say the same about children. Like this guy's parents.

He seriously left the dogs tied to the back of a truck for over 8 hours? Makes me wanna fly to Calgary to hurt someone. That is so pathetic. 8 hours without water or shade or anything? God, I hate people. Why even have a dog, let alone several, if that's how you treat them? I'm gonna go hug my dog.

Fineing this jerk (which is what he'll probably get, if anything) is to easy for him. To bad they did away with stocks in a public square centuries ago.

Update:
Another bylaw officer arrived. After taking photographs they started to remove the dogs.
Unfortunately, as they were taking the second last dog, the last one jumped off the tailgate still tethered. The tether was just long enough to get to the edge of the tailgate, leaving the dog hanging from it's neck. The bylaw officer quickly acted to loosen the tether around it's neck, but as a result it ran off once free.
Heads up to anyone in Lake Bonavista or Willow Park/SouthCentre area, keep an eye out for this pup.

It's a pair of women! They are now looking for the lost dog. Trying to get pics before it gets dark.
May take a run out in the car to help look for the dog at the same time.
ZERO remorse for what they done. Acting like it is they who are being inconvenienced by nosey people. Said all of use were lying and she did feed and water them throughout the day.
It's saddening to see how little of a reaction she had to all of this. I'm guessing it's happened before
