Default Sears Click for Kids (1 Click = $1)

Yep, all you have to do is click the button.

Click for Kids

Pretty cool if you ask me.

I just clicked it a thousand times on my break. It took away valuable time away from my mail order bride shopping.

*Sears will donate up to a maximum of $100,000 to the Click for Kids campaign.

hopefully that's enough to bankrupt Sears...

Would be even cooler if Sears was intrinsically motivated to simply donate the $100k without making the community jump through hoops to get the support.

and then you read their disclaimer: *Sears will donate up to a maximum of $100,000 to the Click for Kids campaign.

so pretty much its just another way of going: hey, look, we are donating $100,000 to the charity, but for kicks we'll let you guys click on our site thousands of times.

It's a good idea, just a little misleading because i dont think our clicks are not accurately reflected as the counter on the site just seems random. goes up, resets, goes up, resets etc

Ya on second visit the number reset... is it just a gimmick? I hate crap like that. If it reaches $100k they should just remove the button and congratulate the clickers.

I'm guessing they're resetting so people can continue to click and feel like they're a part of it throughout the day. Pathetic...

I'm guessing it tracks IPs and anything more than 1 click is just a feel good mechanic.
