I didn't see a place to put the promo code on the main page either. There was a place for a coupon code on the payment page, but that doesn't appear to be right. When I put the code in there, it didn't apply the discount.
Any suggestions about whether it's possible to cancel the order and start over again with the promo code in the right place?

You put in the code on the same page you put in your credit card (or just before it) IIRC

You could always give your optometrist a call and get the info you need. You will just need to sign a release of information form.

Didn't have my prescription here at work, so I just ordered prescription-less lenses and will wear them with my contacts - I like to wear them for the look sometimes.
