I for one like bow ties. If they were not so expensive I would buy some

no one looks good in a bow tie, unless you are scooping ice cream in it.

Tucker Carlson tried for years and still never rounded the corner. However professional the colour and pattern may be, there is a definite clown element there that is hard to overcome.

If you're wearing a tux it's cool. If not, you'll have a tough time pulling it off and not looking like a hipster.

Unless you're wearing a tux, there's no way for a white guy to pull off a bow-tie without making people think that you're pretentious.

PS What the hell is with thread titles and people feeling the need to tell us they're not gay? Hahaha... is this a new CP meme?

I have a few bowties myself. They are supposed to look a bit bold and flashy and can easily come off as clownish if not paired with the right jacket and shirt

I think they are a ton of fun to wear and to tie, but I only bust them out occasionally.

Fotze will call you a fag.

Wasn't it mandatory for Reform party members to wear them back then? I'm pretty sure Rob Anders have a drawer full of them.

I've always been a fan of the Colonel Sanders style bow tie.

It seems like it would appropriate for Stampede Week, but I think you'd also need the matching moustache and goatee.

It's tough to pull off with style. If you can do it, go for it. But most people will look like a dork.

Tucker Carlson is definitely a dork:

^ not one of those model guys could pull it off, unless they were in a tux. and it's only a black bow tie for that.

only the manliest of men can pull of bow ties. Those models CANNOT but these men can...

Anyone who plays Bond MUST be able to pull off a bow tie.

Most guys look like complete goofs in them.
