I have no doubt that he killed here, but the prosecution never proved it beyond a resonable doubt.
Hopefully its a karma thing and Michael Jackson is found guilty

I think Jackson will walk as well. The witnesses just aren't believable, unless they have others that haven't lied in the past (I'm trying not to pay too close attention to the Jackson case as the guy just gives me the willies. Pretty tough when its all over the news though.)

Yes, he got away with murder, the new OJ and a white guy this time.
Ironic he would be given his freedom on the same day Scott Peterson was formally sentenced to death in a case that appeared to have less evidence than faced by Blake.
Good grief!!!

I guess "don't do the crime if you can't pay the time" isn't applicable in this case.

Remember this is just the beginning of the prosecutions case, and they put what they perceived as thier weakest witness first so the Jury can forget about his poor performance on the stand.
I think the big guns are coming down the pipe, as theres some forensics coming. I'm hoping they find him guilty, there seems to be too many factors for him not to have done it.

The Scott Peterson appeals process is going to be a text book example of death penalty law.
Thier going to be able to challenge absolutely everything in this trial. I'm willing to bet he announces the termination of his lawyer in the next few weeks on the grounds of inefectual Council
