I remember him when he was a basketball player but I didn't realize his work after he left the NBA, that is much more impressive than any feats that have been made on the floor of any arena. Hopefully that work can be his longest lasting legacy.

I was never a fan of Basketball but a friend of mine was. I remember my friend telling me about this guy and while they were trying to teach him to play ball, Apparently he knocked his front teeth out while attempting one of his first ever "Dunks". Could be urban myth, I don't know.
