Bristol Palin gets $15-30K per speech. The stupid get paid.
Single Source Speakers must have too much money on their hands. What could she possibly say to inspire youth in America?
Bristol Palin, 19, has signed up with Single Source Speakers and will receive $15,000 to $30,000 for each of her speaking engagements, which will include women's youth, abstinence and "pro-life" programs.
Palin received considerable media attention after becoming pregnant during her mother's bid to become vice-president of the U.S. in 2008. Bristol Palin has since spoken out against teen pregnancy and advocated abstinence until marriage.

I also wonder how much the babysitter is getting paid to watch her kid. I'd charge 20% off the top.

To receive $15,000 to $30,000 per speech ain't stupid. That's great business.
Now, to pay that much per speech, maybe that's stupid. I guess they think the public profile will help draw young people more closely to the message and therefore it will pay for itself. Maybe it will.
Maybe it's just a good deal for everyone.
It's certainly a great deal for Bristol Palin. Good for her.
Now, for her former hockey paying, Playgirl-posing, sperm donor . . . . well, nobody seems to want to hear anything from himself.

No sex before marriage is so 1600's. Sure it was a great rule for when couples used to get married when they were 14 or 15. Now when you have people in their late20s and early 30's it should go the way of witch burnings.

It's not like she did anything shrewd here. It's simple opportunity by circumstance.....if she was any other single teen mom, nobody would care. Kids of famous/rich people have an automatic step up....if they choose to use it.

One thing that I would like to point out though is that she is now a public figure, and no longer off bounds. She has crossed that line, and the leave my family alone defence no-longer applies to her.
