Default Web md site

Wondering if you can help me. The web md site has been down all day. I don't know much about computer stuff, so sorry if this is a goof ball question. Can someone see what the deal is? It looks like there's no internet on my computer when I go there, meaning, says it can't connect to web md etc. But clearly I can. Any and all web md sites seem to be weird.

I'd phone your IT department and tell them the Internet is down.

Their server is down. I'm sure they'll have it fixed in a day or two.

^^ That's what his IT department would have told him, but why should I be the only one who has to fix the entire Internet all the time?

Are you using a bookmark or a saved reference that wasn't typed out correctly? I know my father sometimes types "goggle.com" in his address bar, and then when IE saves it in the dropdown list, he phones me to ask "how come google isn't working?"

What message do you get when you click on: http://www.webmd.com Just copy and past whatever text you can find on the screen that appears after clicking that link.

WebMD is down for everyone. There is no point trying to figure out what's wrong. It's just down.

It works for me.

If it was down for me, I wouldn't have bothered.

Yep, probably a node is down with Shaw somewhere. I proxy'd to California and it worked.
