Any one having issues with TELUS email.
We had Telus change some spam settings on the weekend and because of the changes we cannot get email.
Telus told us it would be 24 hrs which was 7:30 pm yesterday. we are unable to get email from outlook, Telus web site and BB.
People are getting notice that the email has "failed permanently."
When dealing with Telus they claim they are working on it. It is only affecting people who changed email settings.
Any suggestions? I cannot believe they cannot restore the settings back.
