Customers should sue the employee. If he's taking care of quality control, why'd they all get so fat?

People have zero personal accountability anymore.
Screw it, I might as well get my fair share. I think I am going to sue my employer for lack of sleep from all the stress I have at work. They owe me.

Hmmm, I should sue the Stampede/Flames. I was a cook at the Dome when I was doing my undergrad, and clearly I'm overweight because of the chicken fingers and beer we kept in the back for snacking. Damn those fatty chicken fingers and high-calorie beer.

The judge should have sentenced this guy to a fat farm.

"Quality" Control?? Wouldn't a rat suffice?

No biggie, they'll just get it all back once they start billing this guy for the massive quantities of Big Macs hes 'quality tasting' each day at work.

To be fair....I doubt he's scarfing down Big Macs. 60lbs in 12 years would only require ~50 calories per day (A packet of French Fries (SMALL) is 220 calories).
Of course, that tiny bit of information is also why this is such a ridiculous lawsuit in the first place. Those calories could have come the 3 sips of 1% white milk he had each day.

If I ever find the place that sold that chicken on a stick during the Stamped, I'm in big trouble. The one and only day I went I ate 3 sticks of that delicious chicken.

You can basically sue and probably win for most things down in the states thats for sure. But then you might get counter-sued and it goes on-and-on

Guess I am looking for a job at McD's now. I already got the fat part down, now I just need to get the free "samples".

I think there is a huge bias against McDonalds in the US, they lose just about every lawsuit they're ever engaged in. I have no idea why, maybe a judge's wife left him due to a week long McBender....waking up one day with no idea where he was but surrounded by greasy wrappers and a syringe labeled 'McFlurry' in his arm....

It was actually in Brazil. Damn those lazy Brazilians!
On the other hand, being fat in Brazil probably means you're never getting laid, damn beautiful Brazilians.
