Default LF: 16" rim for Mazda Protege 5

A bit of a shot in the dark, but with CP, you never know. If anyone has a single, 16" factory rim for a 2002/2003 Mazda Protege 5, I'd be interested in taking it off of your hands. 5-spoke, 5-bolt. I believe that the Protege sedans from 1999-2003 may also have the same wheels.

Mine was bent by a pothole on a highway near Greaserville.

I have nothing to sell just possibly some advice to point you in the right direction.

Give the wheel pro's a try (In Calgary)

If you don't have any luck, send me over a PM and I can try and source you one, I work for an Automotive repair shop.

I gave Wheel Pros a call and I'm just waiting to hear back. Ideally I'd like to find one used and cheap, but that might be tricky. Thatnks for that lead though.

My father-in-law has a repair shop too, so if I do go new, I can probably get the dealer net price through him, but thanks for the offer. If you see one kicking around somewhere though, let me know.

Sorry I meant sourcing you a used one. I have a few connections through some of the yards around town, they may not have one in stock here but would go that extra little bit to find one.

Let me know.

Well I'd be foolish to decline that type of offer. If it is easy for you to have a look, I would certainly be appreciative. If you are able to find a good wheel at a good price, I can provide you with a case of beer as commission!

I'm not in a super hurry or anything - I have been driving on it for a couple of years. As long as it is on the back, it is barely noticeable. It was pretty bad before I took it in for repair, and although they made it better, it definitely isn't perfect.

Thanks again!
