Looking for Jr. IT person

My company is looking for a JUNIOR IT person. The reason that Junior is in caps is that we want someone with little experience, 2 years max, working in the IT field.
We are not looking for someone who has tons of server experience, can configure farms with their eyes closed, knows every version of windows and linux like the back of their hands etc. Just some one who graduated some kind of IT course in the last year or so.

We are still looking for someone in this position, maybe you or someone you know is just graduating or just about to graduate from an IT related course.
I did not think it would be hard to find someone to fill a position for a person to new to IT but all we have been is getting is people with 5-10 years experience or more.

Pay them less, teach them their own ways, coffee female dog are just couple of things.

You also want to find someone who will enjoy the JR role and will be able to grow inside of the role instead of someone who knows it all comes in hates what the role is because they are better then it. Causing lots of internal problems and then leaving and bringing you back to square one hiring a JR
