Lakers in 6 - Bynum out doesn't help the Lakers case. Durant is good enough to steal a game, and Oklahoma City is good enough in general to win one as a team. Lakers will have trouble with Russell Westbrook. He averaged 17.5 - 5.3 - 8.3 in four games against them this year, and OKC has done a decent job of containing Gasol. They've got no answer for Kobe, however.
Nuggets in 7 - Close series down to the wire. Utah's got better defense but Denver has more gamebreakers. Carmelo Anthony is one of the best clutch players in the NBA, and he averaged 33.5 against the Jazz in two games this year. Billups and Lawson will be huge in this series, Williams will be big for Utah as always
Suns in 7 - If Brandon Roy is healthy, this series goes 7. If he's not, 5.
Spurs in 7 - I like the Mavericks but defense wins in the playoffs, and the Spurs have a better D. Parker will abuse Jason Kidd. Duncan's got one good year left and this is it. They'll make a run and set up an exciting Suns/Spurs second round matchup.
Cavaliers in 5 - Not much to say here, and I would say it will be a sweep but there's something about Derrick Rose I love, I think he might be able to steal a game from the Cavs. They won't be trying as hard as they should. My official guess is 5 games, wouldn't be surprised if it didn't get that far.
Celtics in 6 - This will be a slow boring series, Miami is an underrated defensive team and they will take a couple games from the Celtics. Celtics are a mess this season, but they're still better than the Heat. I could see this series going to 7.
Hawks in 4 - Milwaukee is useless without Andrew Bogut.
Magic in 5 - Bobcats might win a game but the Magic are just too good for them.
