Default Ticket question

So apparently I got a ticket from a red light camera in my work van. I'm quite sure it is just from me turning right on a red light as I'm usually over cautious about red light camera intersections.

In any case, the city didn't send out any notification of it in the mail. When my boss tried to do something with the registration on her car they told her she had this outstanding fine on the company vehicles.

Does anyone know who I can contact to get this ticket re-issued? I searched what felt like everywhere and kept coming to a dead end. I'd rather not have to go downtown to get a copy of it.

Thanks in advance.

The CPS non-emergency line (403-266-1234) would be where I'd start.

Quit complainin' and just pay it. You do the crime, you do the time (or pay the fine)!

Oh... that's what you're trying to do?

Call 311 and see what they say maybe? Same thing as calling non-emergency police I guess, but 311 might be good to try?

You can go to any registry office and pay the fine. Your boss might have to pay it if it's in their name.

I believe the registry offices charge abount $15-$20 for you to pay fines throught them. Definitaly worth it since you will most likely have to wait downtown for more than an hour.

I have no issue with paying the ticket if I ran a red light (very doubtful). In the past I've got these in the mail when it was clear I was turning. I want to make sure I did the crime before I shell out $300+.

Thanks for the suggestions.

It is a $7 service fee at a registry.

Don't they send you a picture of your crime? Maybe I'm thinking of photo radar.

Thats exactly what he is talking about. He wants to see the picture of him running the red because he thinks its a left turning mistake

So they never mailed the picture in the first place? I definitely wouldn't pay until I saw the pic. Hopefully it works out.

Yeah that's exactly the problem. My boss was told there were 2 unpaid tickets (mine plus a speeding ticket from someone else) but neither were mailed out to us. Both are photo related, red light and photo radar, yet the pictures didn't reach us.
