I believe there is an iPhone app that does this. Assuming of course that you have an iPhone.

I use KeePass. There's a free version and a paid version, and the free one is all I have ever needed. Open source, lightweight, etc.
One of the best features is "auto-type" which, when you go to a site that requires a login, is to hit "ctl+alt+a" and it will fill your info info that site as long as KeePass is running. I use this for banking so I can use stronger passwords without a) having to remember them, and b) having to type them in each time. Nothing is stored online and the password file is encrypted.
There's even a portable version at PortableApps.com that lets you put it on a USB drive so you have passwords wherever you need to go.
Edit: And, for clarification, the free versions are 1.x on their web site, while the paid versions are 2.x. Not sure why they went that route as it seems that 1.x is still being developed/supported.

Roboform, it is a PC-program but also syncs your password online. So you can access all your passwords from any PC. There is also an iPhone app, a USB-key app (portable), and an online app that fills in your passwords on any computer (aka Bookmarklet).

I use SplashID right now but will probably change down the road.
I love being able to sync it with my phone.

I don't know what you are a going on about, KeePass is free for both versions.
I use KeePass as well, there's versions for many different mobile devices as well, and also there's a Firefox plugin called KeeFox which lets you manage website addresses with KeePass; which is good because it lets you easily have strong passwords and different passwords for every site.

A couple questions about KeePass...
1. Can you backup all your passwords and restore them if something happens to your computer?
2. Can you create a copy of your password file and use it on another machine?
3. (this is probably a stupid question) Is it really safe to put bank passwords into this type of application?

Answer to all three is yes. KeePass creates a file with your passwords, so you can do whatever you want with that file. I have it synced up to DropBox for easy access and protection.
As for is it safe, it's as safe as anything like that can be. The file itself is quite safe. The app is fairly safe in memory as well, encrypting important parts (do not store passwords in the comments field unless you enable in memory encryption of all data).

Of course if your computer is compromised with something that records keystrokes or something then they can get the password that way. Or if you choose a very simple master password it might be vulnerable to a dictionary attack by a very patient hacker.

Yowzas. Neither do I apparently. I could have sworn that when 2.x came out it was a premium/paid version. Of course, I can't find anything online to bolster my claim or at least provide me with less embarrassment. I stand absolutely corrected.

Here's a neat site that allows you to check the security strength of your passwords. It's also good for creating new, strong passwords
