Every week my players always suck and no one is really nomination worthy. It's peeving me off. Like Osgood goes 3-0 with a 1.95 GAA and .923 sv%, but is no match for a guy like Lundquist.

I swear I just can't win.

Player - Teemu Selanne

4GP 3G 3A 6PTS +1

This is the first time Selanne has been nominated; he has been quite streaky but this week put up points with consistency. He has managed to put up decent totals from the 2nd line and plays PP as well. It was a good week for him. Selanne also had a 1st star and 3rd star award.

Defenseman - Brent Burns

4GP 0G 4A 4PTS +3

Burns was one of two defensemen over this stretch to be in the + and he also put up four assists along the way. He plays 2nd line minutes and 2nd line powerplay so he took advantage of his minutes.

Unsung Hero - Ryan Malone

4GP 1G 2A 3PTS -1

Malone was brought in and has been playing 3rd line duties with two guys rated quite a bit lower than him so he's had to take the main brunt of the load; so far he has performed quite well in a Habs jersey. We wanted him here for depth and to provide some scoring from our lower lines and we've been pleased so far.

Rookie - Patrik Berglund

4GP 0G 1A 1PT EVEN

Berglund struggled with the Habs earlier but has been playing much better as of late. He only has 1 assist to show for it but has been contributing on the PP and on the 3rd line. We are pleased with his turnaround.
