Didn't Jaffer get into trouble years ago for allegedly lying when one of his colleagues impersonated him on the radio?

Yep now if was also charged with littering for dumping his butts out the window, speeding, to go along with his whoring, drunkeness and stoned behavior one would think he would be a role model for many on the board.

There was a time when I thought Jaffer had a chance at becoming Canada's first 'ethnic' Prime Minister. Now, I'm not even surprised by this.

Best thing about that whole story was that the guy who impersonated him - didn't even try to disguise his voice.

What do you expect, he represented the Whyte Ave community in Edmonton.

Allegedly according to Conservative sources he started taking coke after Edmonton started calling Whyte Ave the Kopper Kilometer for the Oilers playoffs run.

That was funny, but in fairness how many people would even know what Jaffer sounds like in the first place?

I thought that the way he was found out was because Jaffer was making a public appearance at the same time though and the conflict wasn't really noticed until after?

That's too bad. He was a high school friend, and was a good guy back then.

It is too bad, had he been able to resist temptation and with some coaching could easily have been a future contender for the Conservative Party Leadership.
