I am curious as to the name - I know about 10 people who went there that this could be.

It's in that little slice of the NE-in-the-NW we like to call the "Westbrook Corridor".

Geez those negotiators must be good. If you are going to go to all the trouble of holding somebody hostage, I'm always surprised somebody can talk you out of it. I mean, the fact that you are actually holding somebody hostage seems like you have officially crossed the line into not giving a frack. Why are you going to let some flat foot talk you out of it?

It mentioned that Calgary has superior negotiators and how the force really stresses that violence is only the last resort, and that they will always prefer to talk the situation down, rather than going in
