Home fitness equipment giveaway
Thats right, now that I've joined a gym, I want to get this stuff out of my house. So the first person willing to pick it up wins.
Weider bench press with leg addon
Manual treadmill with digital readout
Two full bars
two barbell bars
About 110 pounds of weight (Iron) I have some plastic ones, but I'll probably toss em.
One of those ab rocker things.
All for free, I'd prefer that somebody takes it all.

A couple of 25 pounds 4 10's a a whole wack of 5's
I can do a count and respond to messages when I get home tonight.
I'm hoping that someone will also take the treadmill. Its a good device for an apartment dweller, but if I have to split it out so be it.
