Jackets look to the 10/11 Season
With Gaborik taking far too long to get healthy, we have been unable to get anything going and make a strong push for the playoffs. When we made the deal with Goffie we thought he would be back in plenty of time to help the playoff push but obviously he suffered a few setbacks. With only 16 games to go it is still possible for us to make the playoffs but we are not willing to hold out that it will happen.
So, the Jackets are going to start moving some of their players. Guys who do not fit into Penney's plans for the season next year.
We are prepared to send cash with players where necessary.
We are still in the process of putting together a list of players that will be moved but we are seeking 1sts and younger players in return.
