Default Looking for Cabins in Calgary Area to rent (kid friendly) any ideas? (thanks)

My brother in law & his family are coming to visit from the U.S. in June and we were wanting to take them to a cabin sort of getaway in the Calgary area. We have a 5 year old and they have a 7 year old & a 3 year old. We were looking for something that has enough to keep the kids busy like horseback riding but also something that will be a bit of a getaway for the adults. Does anyone have any ideas, thanks in advance.

You could look on http://www.vrbo.com for a condo/cabin in and around Radium/Fairmount/Canmore. All would have lots for everyone to do.

Fernie is great in the summer time. There are plenty of things to do. A friend of mine has a condo there that he rents out. It might be too small for you, since it only has master bedroom, a spare room (with two twin beds) and a pull out couch. That sleeps 6 comfortably. If you want his contact info, let me know. But if you wanted something bigger, I would recommend Fernie.

Douglas Fir resort in Banff is awesome. They have waterslides and an insane indoor kid friendly play ground.

There are plenty of B&B's down near Waterton. We have stayed in a few different places and none of them had issues with children.
