I just thought I'd give a huge thumbs up to the people at Sandlewood Furniture. The people who run the shop are extremely nice and friendly. I ordered a dozen pieces of furniture for one of my clients and the pieces came in in only two weeks to their store room and they allowed me the time to finish what I needed to do in order to be ready for the pieces. Normally the items I ordered should have taken 10-12 weeks, so I kind of got lucky with that.

Anyway, the major thing is that they sell items from some of the same companies as McArthur's fine furniture, like Hickory White, as well as a few other companies, but for a lot less than they do there. When I ordered the pieces, they were also having a special order sale so I don't know if that's still going on.

They're somewhat hard to find, because they're on a backstreet. It's located at 7271 12 Street Southeast in Calgary, two blocks east of costco.

I love that Store.

A little on the pricier side but it's one of those places where you get quality for a good price.
