Default Sending in an Xbox

So my xbox has some reading issues and since it's under warranty it should be free. They sent me a UPS label code, but no box. Do I have to pay for my own box and stuffing or can I just bring it to UPS and they will deal with it?

usually they send you a box, but in this case im guessing not. Find a box at home and just put it in there. If you go to UPS they most likely will charge you for a box.

I brought mine in to the UPS Store on Centre street and I just let them package it and ship it. It cost about $15 to use their box and styrofoam.

They don't send the box anymore. You need to supply your own.
At least that was what I was told when I sent mine in
a couple of months ago. They also said not to send it in in the
original packaging. I guess they were being pilfered is my
understanding.

You can buy a box that will hold the XBox from a Canada Post store for less than $5 before tax. Just ship it in that and it should be back to you within 10-14 days. The process is much speedier now.

Better be, considering all the practice they have had with it.
