Charlotte, NC - who's been?
I have a chance to attend a conference there and if I go I'd like to combine this with a vacation. If anyone has been there, what is in the area that is worth a visit? I don't mind traveling a few hours distance. I love history and think there is a lot of it there. Within a day's drive are Washington (which I'd love to see), Atlanta and Nashville. I'd like to hear from others who have been in this area.
