Heritage Park opened a new rink this year made of some sort of synthetic... stuff... that doesn't melt. I'm assuming you wont be able to play hockey on it, but it still sounds like it might be worth checking out to go for a skate.
Mind you it's been awhile since I was living in Calgary, so it might have been removed.
No, it's still there, but I don't think there is ice on it yet. I haven't seen anyone out anyway. There's one in Sandstone as well by the Elementary schools.
Beddington outdoor rink is still there, but there is no ice on it as the community association has been disbanded and there are no funds to maintain/runpay for the associated equipment/lights/water.
There's one in the park at Glenmount Dr. & 25 Ave SW. A bunch of the guys from the community association used to maintain the ice when I lived in Glamorgan, but that was 8 years ago now.

Willowridge is where I always play when I'm back home. Great rink and boards, been a little snowy though as they are really stressed for volunteers this year. Great lightening until 11 most nights.
