The Penguins are the laughing stock of the CPHL. A team filled with stars, they still struggle day in and day out to put together some solid wins. There is only one explanation why such a good looking team can't seem to win.

The Penguins GM stinks. It took him three years to get some decent players but he still has nothing to show for it. How can you become recognized as a good GM when you can't win. Hell, when I was the GM of the Panthers in 2006 we swept the crappy Penguins in the first round of the playoffs. They have always sucked.

GM Goffie could not be reached for comment but some scandalous photos have been released to the press.
Numerous news sources tried to reach GM Goffie for comment but he was seen fleeing away as fast as he could run:

It is rumored that GM Penney actually found Goffie and an altercation took place somewhere in the Carribean. Goffie took the first swing but Penney ducked and clocked Goffie right in his left eye, knocking him out. Penney then used his wicked wrestling skills to take him down:
The next day GM Goffie was seen wearing sunglasses to cover his HUGE black eye:
