Just in case you guys wanted to check out the madness here in Iceland with fireworks you can see a few webcams and on your iphone/ipad.

Tune in about 4:30 MTN time until 5:15pm ish, thats the peak of the fireworks but you'll see it starting early afternoon your time sporadically until the fever pitch at 4:30-5pm MTN (local time 11:30-12am.)

If you weren't aware Icelanders are famous for this because everyone in the country spends a lot of money on serious fireworks, and the whole population shoots them, no professional show just a massive, loud and crazy adventure.

Damn, that was pretty mild in comparison to what we are used to, bad economy to blame.

But even with that, this is one experience everyone should have, its unofficially said by many visitors that this is one of the 8 wonders of the world.

Must see!

Ok, now time to really party (btw bars in Iceland on new years 'start' getting busy at 1-2am, and go till well past 6am.)
