Hey folks question regarding cell phones..

Can a rogers phone be activated with bell or telus?

Im pretty sure the answer is no but if someone can confirm it that would be great

If it's a 3G (HSPA/HSDPA) capable phone and you unlocked it then yes, otherwise no.

you can pay this site to unlock it for you, I've always used them to unlock my Rogers phones.
