Looking to get $100 for it.

I got this jersey sent away for customization, however they messed it up a bit. Since i signed something saying that they are not responsible for any mistakes, i was unable to return it.

This jersey is NOT a fake, but as you can see, the name bar and number is too low. Since i am picky about my jerseys, i'm looking to get the amount i paid for the jersey before the customization.

I am in Edmonton, but will be in Calgary this upcoming weekend....
I will also ship for free to Calgary

What company botched that? There's no way they should deny you a refund, signed for or not. Friggin' ridiculous.

There's a Game On Sports in Deerfoot Mall here. Bring it with your reciept. It'll sell in Calgary... I'm sure they're concerned that it wont sell in Edmonton.

Then go back the next day, and buy a different one.

My offer for my white jersey still stands.

I think its that i did not pay for the jersey at Game-on Sports, only the customization, so they did not receive any profit from the jersey itself, just from the customization, and the price for a new phaneuf jersey would be more than the profit margians from what they made from the $99 for the customization.

If i bought the jersey from them as well, i'm sure i wouldnt have the same problem.

No matter about any of that they still screwed up and you should get a refund and I would take it to the shop in Calgary for a full refund. If not write to the head office, that always works. Or you could threaten or even go to the Better Business Bureau. http://www.bbb.org/
